BOOKINGS / CANCELLATIONS.

We have booked for three groups at each golf game (ie, 12 players), therefore, players not playing must cancel their position by telephoning Stickman (0401 995 499) one week prior to golf game to avoid loss of green fees.

PRIZES (Monthly) - Please contribute $20 to cover the costs

1. Nearest the pin (must be on the green) - Par 3's only

2. Best net score for the day (off the stick less handicap)

3. Least putts (counted from the green only)

GOLF WEEKEND TROPHIES (Must play minimum of 2 games throughout year to qualify)

Gold Jacket Plaque / Sheild John Bleumink honourable prize Putts

Best nett score over 3 days - wins Jacket and has their name labelled on Jacket.

Best net score each day - must wear Jacket to dinner and receives a free drink from each player

Best net score over 2 days (Saturday & Sunday) - wins and has name engraved on Sheild

Best nett score over 3 days (last years winner) - buys this years winner a $30 prize

Least number of putts over 3 days wins

G.B.A. GOLF RULES.

1. Local rules to apply at each course.

2. Time rule (max. 5 minutes to look for lost ball).

3. All shots count (ie, no "gimmes").

4. The ball must be played where it lands (exception if preferred lie)

5. If tee shot hit out of bounds - your playing 4th shot from point of entry

6. Be quiet when other players are having their shot.

7. Denim jeans not permitted and shirts must have collars.

HANDICAPS.

Your handicap will be recalculated at the end of each game using the Paul Langdon ("The Handicapper") methodology.

END OF YEAR - Cobram Barooga (all players welcome).

We have booked for 15 people for the end of year golf game. A deposit of $50 per person is required by 24 February 2008 to secure your position. Further details to follow.

Rich River was a fantastic weekend - Well done Johnny B for winning the trophies and the Gold Jacket - Dipper is looking for it this year (if he qualifies)
